Swirly's™ and Swirly's World are the property of Indigo Marketing Solutions Ltd. The terms of this privacy policy are administered by Indigo Marketing Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as IMSL) on behalf of Swirly's.

Permission is granted to view a copy of the materials (information or software) on IMSL's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
